SHARON A. McCLOSKEY graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and from Seton Hall Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review. She served as Law Secretary to the Honorable L. Anthony Gibson, Superior Court, Chancery Division, and then practiced for several years in New York City, where she represented individuals and organizations in a myriad of complex commercial actions, including securities fraud, RICO, and legal malpractice class actions; restrictive covenant and employment disputes; insurance coverage litigation; partnership and close corporation disputes; and financial institution transactional litigation. Most recently, she served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, representing the Division of Consumer Affairs in the prosecution of consumer fraud actions and in the regulation of non-profit organizations. Ms. McCloskey is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is qualified and acts as a mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court civil mediation program. Ms. McCloskey currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Monmouth County Boys and Girls Club in Asbury Park.

PAUL C. MILLER graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Siena College and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. After serving as an artillery officer in the United States Army, he began his career as a financial executive with Mobil Oil Corporation. As Director of Acquisitions and Management Services for Elf Acquitaine Inc., Mr. Miller was very active in various M&A transactions ranging from $10 million to over $2 billion and in the oversight of a $300 million venture capital fund. He then went on to found a number of successful consulting practices specializing in M&A, strategic planning, turnaround management, and operational and financial systems management. More recently, Mr. Miller has invested in a number of publishing ventures and media companies. He currently serves on the board directors of ENTREE media, Midlantic Business Alliance, Summit Business Advantage LLC and Franciscan Charities, Inc. He is qualified and acts as a mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court civil mediation program.

KURT D. PETERS graduated with honors from Columbia College and from Seton Hall Law School. He practiced corporate and public finance law at two major New York Wall Street law firms for over a decade, including transactions where over $9.0 billion of public and private equity and/or debt was issued. He also worked on partnership and venture capital transactions, as well as general corporate governance, financing and employment matters. Mr. Peters then practiced law at New Jersey’s largest firm, McCarter & English, practicing general corporate and banking law, with a highlight being his representation of The New York Football Giants in the sale of one half of the team to the Robert Tische. Mr. Peters left the practice of law and founded a media and publishing company. He also currently serves on the board of directors of Trident Publications, Inc., Trinity Sports Marketing, LLC and Franciscan Charities, Inc, a nonprofit corporation in Newark.

ANTHONY P. D’ALESSIO graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School. He has been in private legal practice for 35 years, and has extensive experience in Family Law, Land Use and Real Estate matters. During this time Mr D’Alessio also served over a decade as the Municipal Prosecutor and Township Attorney in Springfield. Mr D’Alessio is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, and before the US District Court, District of New Jersey. He is qualified and acts as a mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court civil mediation program.
